Ingredients:

– 1 cup milk
– 2 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Swiss Meringue Buttercream:
– 4 large egg whites
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, softened
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– A pinch of salt 🧂

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare two 9-inch round cake pans with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
