Ingredients:
– 1 package ladyfinger cookies
– 1 1/2 cups strong brewed coffee, cooled
– 2 cups mascarpone cheese
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 2 tbsp cocoa powder
– Dark chocolate shavings for garnish 🍫
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
2. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
