Ingredients:
– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 2 large eggs
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
– Zest of 1 lemon 🍋

Glaze:
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 2-3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4. Mix in the sour cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, and mix until just combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
7. Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

For the Glaze:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
2. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled lemon loaf.
