Ingredients:
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 4 eggs
– 1 cup sugar
– 1/3 cup milk
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup mango puree
– 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
– 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– Sliced mangoes for garnish 🥭
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add milk and vanilla extract.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until smooth.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
6. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes.
7. In a blender, blend together mango puree, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream until well combined.
8. Poke holes all over the cake with a fork and slowly pour the milk mixture over the cake, allowing it to soak in.
9. Chill the cake in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
10. Top with sliced mangoes before serving. 🍰🥭
